Hello –
My name is Tina Warren-Diaz and I own and operate Bear Valley Springs Yoga. Weekly classes are held at the peaceful and serene Equestrian Center Lounge overlooking the arenas in Bear Valley Springs. I’ve lived and served in this beautiful community for 23 years. Bear Valley Springs Yoga is great for beginners. I offer Gentle, Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative Yoga classes. The focusing is on connecting movement and breath. Classes are for all levels, especially new Yogis. Before class, I offer essential oils if permissible. The atmosphere is warm, inviting and safe. I'm here to spread the Love and Light that Yoga has to offer. And stretch a bit too! I invite everyone to join us regardless of age, size or ability.
